Abstract
The problem of sampling from a growing population of storedfissile material containers, to confirm that the container contentsare as declared, is investigated. An algorithm is developed thatestablishes the sampling requirement, in the presence of measurementuncertainty, to achieve a desired confidence that the proportionof defective items in the final inventory does not exceeda given level.
