Abstract
Department of Engineering Physics, Universitas Gadjah Mada have been promoting nuclear security education for its students since several years ago. Department of Engineering Physics have trusted Student Chapter to take a part in this effort. Student Chapter always giving their support to disseminate nuclear security knowledge through their activities. Approaching two years after Student Chapter was pioneered, Student Chapter have conducted some activities related to nuclear security topics. On November 11, 2014 Student Chapter held Nuclear Security Insider Threat Table Top Exercise in collaboration with several lecturers from Department of Engineering Physics. Through this exercise, student were experienced with ‘like a game’ learning method, where they could learn security system in nuclear facility and played security roles. This table top exercise was participated by nuclear engineering students from some classes. In this paper we wrote how students experienced with table top exercise. We outlined the students perspective of table top exercise as one of fun learning method in nuclear security topic. In this effort we interviewed some student who have participated the exercise in order to acquire students perspective regarding the impression, strength and weakness as well as the lessons learned from this activity.
