Abstract
Sandia National Laboratories at Albuquerque (SNLA) has designed and built a system to provide repeatability in environmental testing of motion sensors. This system, called Sandia Intruder Motion Simulator (SIMS), is used to acquire much of the data now collected on sensors in this laboratory. This paper reports the results of environmental evaluations performed on several different types of motion sensors using the SIMS.
