Abstract
In this paper, a technique for integrating nuclear materials characterization analysis directly into proliferation resistance (PR) models using a generalized fuel cycle model is demonstrated. The characteristics of the generalized model are described, as well as how a nuclear fuel depletion analysis code (ORIGEN-S, part of the SCALE package distributed by ORNL) is integrated by automated input deck construction. Examples of how this coupling technique can be used to enhance the evaluation of the e?ects of various fuel cycle parameters and strategies upon system PR are given to thus demonstrate the e?cacy of this technique.
