Abstract
The research and design phases of developing tamper indicating technologies, involving a six-year cooperative effort between Sandia National Laboratories and the All-Russian Research Institute of Experimental Physics, has been successfully completed. This document briefly describes the current tamper indicating device technology status and plans to transition to development testing phase. The document also discusses the opportunities for pilot production of tamper indicating devices in Russia and commercialization of the product using Russian and US markets. Technical characteristics of the tamper indicating devices are also described.
