Abstract
Like other big program systems, the capabilities of Russian nuclear materials control and accounting (MC&A) systems of are limited by their inherent architecture. These architectural restrictions are analyzed in the work and an approach to nextgeneration software for the Russian MC&As providing higher economic efficiency is proposed.
