Measuring the Personnel Training Feedback as an Essential Element of Performance Testing of an MPC&A System

A long-term sustainability of the nuclear material MPC&A system is ensured by the implementation of an established, ongoing Program of the MPC&A system performance testing, developed with the assistance of the security department, focused on using modern equipment, organizing personnel training and retraining based on interaction and coordination of all activities involving both technology and people using it.
