Abstract
The Kurchatov Institute and the Los Alamos National Laboratory have begun working together on new approaches to the development of high-level metrics for evaluating the proliferation resistance of advanced nuclear technologies and fuel cycles. Our two institutes have taken somewhat different approaches, each of which is providing interesting results. The work to date will be discussed as well as our plans for continuing cooperation.
