Abstract
hope you had the opportunity to join us at this years annual meeting that was held at the Marriott Marquis in Atlanta, Georgia, USA, July 25-28, 2016. Despite the reputation of Hotlanta, the weather proved to be reasonable and staying in a downtown hotel allowed the attendees to venture out in the evenings to explore the city.
