Deliberations on Safeguards Measurement Uncertainty

For the third consecutive year, an all-day session of the Institute of Nuclear Materials Management's Annual Meeting was devoted to discussions of a topic pertinent to safeguards measurements or safeguards reference material preparation and use. A different topic is addressed each year.
