Abstract
The majority of radiological imaging techniques rely on x-ray beams produced via bremsstrahlung interactions; this method has been used for many years, but has inherent drawbacks. Bremsstrahlung beam production yields many low-energy photons that are absorbed entirely while passing through an object, leading to increased dose without providing information for imaging.
