Abstract
Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 operating system is the only software product certified in Russia for us- ing in MC&A systems. In the paper a solution for allowing the installation of this outdated operat- ing system on new computers is discussed. The solution has been successfully tested and has been in use at Luch's network since March 2008. Furthermore, it is being recommended for other Russian enterprises for the same purpose.
