Abstract
LANL has prepared a new neutron List Mode (LM) control and measurement code. Neutron event data is collected and processed using a multi-tasking high-performance virtual Shift Register, supporting coincidence counting on 32 channels, Feynman and Rossi-alpha analyses, and more. Shift Register control and Pu mass calculations from LANL's popular INCC code are incorporated. The code offers full support for Pu mass analysis and data collection across the full range of legacy and new Shift Register instruments (AMSR, HHMR/JSR-15) and LM instrumentation. Data collection and analysis can be deployed as a service for scripting and automated processing, and for single-user interactive use. An open SQL database design supports measurement data reanalysis and data exchange. The software is independent of specific SQL database providers. Designed for the .NET framework on Windows, we expect Mac, Linux, Android and iOS implementations to follow.
