MEASURES OF ENHANCEMENT OF THE NM CONTROL WITH A VIEW OF STRENGTHENING OF A NONPROLIFERATION REGIME

1. Development and implementation at the enterprises of the modern computerized control and accounting systems of NM. Systems should be equipped with so-called “fiscal” memory (auditor’s magazine), accessible to the international inspectors. 2. Creation of the state modern computerized systems of NM accounting and the control with a possibility of transfer of the necessary information about NM in the appropriate IAEA bodies. 3. Equipment of NM storages and NM units themselves, and also NM at their transportation, with modern TID with a hardware-controlled identification of their individual attributes. 4. Implementation at the enterprises of modern systems of gathering and processing of information from various devices with a view of local and remote monitoring. 5. Implementation of modern access control systems of the personnel on nuclear-radioactive dangerous facilities.
