Abstract
For industrial revolution era, decentralization of energy production to the extent that each home or each town will be able to produce its own share of energy in a self-reliant manner will not only be a way forward to sustainable smart societies but also to avoid catastrophic or mass failure of energy systems.The purpose of this research is to propose micro-grid energy system through nuclear renewable hybrid energy system(NRHES). In this paper, we analyze micro-grid system using HOMER. For nuclear energy system, small modular reactor, especially Micro Modular Reactor(MMR) which KAIST have developed is used. In addition, various renewable sources will be used for NRHES.
