IMPLICATIONS OF INFCIRC 225/REV. 4 TO GERMANY'S NUCLEAR SECURITY SYSTEMS

This paper will describe the German System of Physical Protection and will explain the basic philosophy with regard to the modification of INFCIRC 225/Rev.3 and Rev.4. Basic information will be given about the legal basis, the organization and the meaning of the Design Basis Threat in the system.
