Export Compliance and Supply Chain Security Challenges at an NNSA Laboratory

DOE NNSA Laboratories oversee controlled technology and information and need to protect these valuable assets with a strong supply chain security culture. This presentation will provide an overview of the complex export compliance challenges faced by the unique role of an NNSA Laboratory’s Export Control program and their function in supply chain security. The goal is to raise awareness and strengthen this through adopting a supply chain security culture and commonplace understanding of why it is so imperative to protect sensitive information as an intricate part of protecting national security.
