Development of database on the topics and participants of training courses in the field of MC&A and physical protection of nuclear materials and nuclear facilities in Ukraine

GKTC specializes in the advanced training of Ukrainian specialists in the field of MC&A and physical protection of nuclear materials and nuclear facilities. Summing up the results during the first six years of GKTC activity we have developed working plans for the nearest future (2006- 2007 years) on the basis of the analysis done. The results of analysis of the following problems raised in training are put on the base of our plans with the purpose to provide for implementation of systematic approach to advanced training of Ukrainian specialists. Basing on the main principles of the systematic approach to training the database was developed. The main goal of the database is to assist GKTC activity, basing on results of the previous courses, the development of training material on the whole list of training courses, adaptation of training material to specific requirements of each category of listeners and of course the implementation of the courses themselves in Ukraine.
