Abstract
This report is a joint presentation by Atominform (MINATOM, Russia) and the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (the university of Berkley, USA) regarding the development of a project to create portion of computerized federal system for nuclear material control and accounting. the project is being carried ouut as part of the agreement between U.S. Department Of Energy and the Gosatomnadzor od Russia.
