Abstract
The success of a national nuclear program need to be supported with sufficient human resource development. Professional engineer who work on nuclear facility should also have advanced understanding and skill on nuclear security. The have also a important role and responsibility for nuclear security in the facility. They should also have comprehensive understanding on essential element of nuclear security system, mainly preventive system, detection system for nuclear material and other nuclear security events, and response system against nuclear security incident. A comprehensive curriculum structure for master degree on nuclear security should also capture the three elements of that nuclear security system. A Master of Engineering requires 40-50 credits in two years program. The program provide one year with fundamental of engineering physics, one semester with specialization in nuclear security and one semester with thesis. It consist of four structured component, namely general education, mathematics and science, engineering fundamental, set of directive electives for nuclear security.
