Abstract
The French legislation and CEA texts concerning nuclear materials safety are shortly presented. CEA organisation for controls of nuclear materials is described as well as the new software used for those. CEA has decided to centralise nuclear materials accountancy within each of its centres by using a new tool (MANU-W), and to standardise nuclear materials recording and accounting with a new control system (CENTAUREE).
