Advances In Motion Detection Technologies

Continued collaborations in the area of safeguards surveillance between Aquila Technologies Group (Aquila), the General Physics Institute (GPI), and the Energy and Nuclear Technology Division at Brookhaven National Laboratory have resulted in measurable advances in front-end motion detection capabilities, referred to in the project as \"Smart Video\" The project funded by the US DOE Initiatives for Proliferation Prevention Program (IPP) has recently been identified for \"Next Steps to Market\" support by the Civilian Research and Development Foundation (CRDF).
